Edgardo Franco
Edgardo Franco grew up in Long Island, NY. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. During his undergraduate studies, he worked as a system integration engineer at Rheonix as well as a process analytics co-op at GlaxoSmithKline. At the University of Rochester, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, with an emphasis on tissue engineering.
Outside of the lab, he uses his spare time to cook, ski, and play games. Cooking has been a hobby of his from an early age and he likes to experiment with new dishes. He likes to play board games, Valorant, Volleyball, and Basketball. Skiing has become one of his new hobbies since moving to Rochester for his studies. He also likes to involve his friends with his hobbies.
